Responsibilities

• Meet and assist guests with a warm welcome upon arrival and provide personalized escort and assistance.
• Pre-arrange visits restaurants and monuments e.g., purchasing tickets to museums, galleries, parks, and other attractions ahead of time if required.
• Greeting and welcoming guests at arrival ports and leading them to the tour.
• Gathering and maintaining the requisite equipment for each tour.
• Coordinating with relevant parties to ensure smooth operations for tours and travel coordination
• Monitoring the safety and security of members within tour groups.
• Providing feedback from tour groups to the operations department.
• Giving information on logistic arrangements.
• Providing information on tourist destinations.
• Ensuring travel arrangements and stopovers run smoothly and changing routes or arrangements as necessary.
