Alorica is seeking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative, who has professional fluency in German. The CSR will manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across several communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inquiries and complaints from customers and partners for Alorica-supported products.
- Document all customer communications, triage complaints as required, and lead investigations for issue resolution.
- Perform independent data analysis and problem-solving.
- Demonstrate dedication to high-quality customer service.
- Exercise independent judgment to manage customer inquiries and complaints of diverse scope and complexity.
- Responsible for managing workload and scheduling to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
- Document all customer chats, emails, and interactions in the customer database.
