Job Description

Alorica is seeking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative, who has professional fluency in German. The CSR will manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across several communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inquiries and complaints from customers and partners for Alorica-supported products.
  • Document all customer communications, triage complaints as required, and lead investigations for issue resolution.
  • Perform independent data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate dedication to high-quality customer service.
  • Exercise independent judgment to manage customer inquiries and complaints of diverse scope and complexity.
  • Responsible for managing workload and scheduling to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
  • Document all customer chats, emails, and interactions in the customer database.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Job Requirements

  • At least B2/C1 level spoken German AND English
  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1-2+ years of Customer Service/chat Center experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, CRM preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, in verbal and written format, important.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team.
