Will be responsible for:

• Handle customers' support requests and help them solve issues related to our products through various support channels like the support ticket system, Facebook, WP Forums, etc.
• Write technical documentation for new products/features and FAQ.
• Record screen-cast tutorial videos.
• Maintain and update WordPress websites.
