·Managing the company’s assets and equipment, and sending periodic reports to the director of warehouse management.
·Follow-up and the assets that enter the store to be deposited on the system as assets of the company.
·Managing the company's assets, equipment and vehicles and sending periodic reports to the director of warehouse management.
·Management and follow-up of periodic and emergency maintenance at all sites.
·Develop an annual budget for asset requirements.
·Follow-up the rental file on the sites and express an opinion of approval or rejection (in case of purchase).
·Follow-up the apartments renting file for the sites, in coordination with the project managers.
·Submitting periodic reports to project managers (assets register - cars register - generators register).
·Responsible for the movement of company assets between sites.
·Register the company's assets bar code system.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Bachler’s degree in accountant or business administration.
Must have previous experience in construction companies.
