وظيفة Warehouse Accountant

شركة : Interact Technology Solutions

مقر الشركة : Cairo, Egypt


تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Preparing the reports to Inventory Supervisor.
  •  Daily transaction entry and reconcile stock balances.
  •  Store Control for goods in/out.
  •  Report to the state of warranty period, expired date for the stored goods.
  • Maintain all the documents with proper filings.
  • Supply chain and inventory management.
  • Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
  • Preparing financial analyses and reports.
  • Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
  • Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
  • Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
  • Assisting with annual audit preparations.
  • Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
  • Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
  • Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
  • Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
  • Handle all tasks related to the warehouse.
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Min. Experience of 4-6 years in accounting field.
  • Bachelor degree Major Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Familiar with accounting systems
  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving
