- Scheduling appointments with potential customers
- Maintaining basic administrative services by organizing client operations and procedures.
- Setting up To-Do list reminders.
- Serving as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands according to client specifications.
- Organizing and schedule meetings and appointments as necessary.
- Managing office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases.
- Keeping client informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarize information; identify trends.
- Providing basic customer support
This is a 2 month part-time Job. You will receive 4000 EGP per month for only 4 hours a day. You will gain a lot of experience and receive a certificate at the end of the period
