Participate in studying Tender packaging for HVAC, Fire and plumping
Able to prepare Tender packaging for design and built projects.
Able to prepare the technical value engineering proposals
Coordinate and collaborate with different trades to fulfill the pricing process properly.
Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of the product.
Prepare Cost Breakdown Structure including “material, equipment, transportation, lifting, labor and any other needed items” by doing internal calculation sheets for all Mechanical trades.
Modify & consolidate the final tender documents technical & commercial offers per the tender instructions.
