• Develop new business via telephone and mass communication to introduce and identify appropriate buyers within the IT market.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Conduct a needs analysis to determine level of interest.
• Overcome competitive sales objections/position product against competition and customer needs.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications, conducting follow-up communications to make introductions to the sales team.
• In partnership with the Sales Team, ensure the completeness and accuracy of the contact database through the LG manager.
• Partner with members of the marketing team to create campaigns from beginning to end, including campaign planning, audience targeting, messaging, and reporting.
• Develop innovative approaches to lead generation.
• Define and report on the lead to close process.
