وظيفة Tele Sales Engineer

تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Promote high-end business applications Solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers over the phone using TELE SALES  techniques
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the field
  • Contact new clients to follow up on their business and achieve the company’s plan to reach a certain target of the client.
  • Establish account plans; manage client opportunities and the successful closing.
  • Prepare a weekly analysis sales report and provide feedback to the sales team leader
  • Handle demos & presentations.
  • Explain and demonstrate products to customers that may involve technical explanation.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve inquiries and generate innovative ideas to support customers.
  • Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements.
  • Identify and cold approach potential clients over the Phone.
  • Stay up-to-date with product launches and support clients and the sales team.
  • Retains and profitably grows firm volume, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned long-term customer relationships.
  • Proactively manages customers’ satisfaction and after-sales service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Excellent communication skills (Preferably Tele sales experiance)
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Sales skills
  • Very good  command of English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to close deals
  • Team Player with a proactive attitude
