We’re helping a global client further build on their centralized sourcing function where you will be a part of a team helping over all verticals (Tech, R&D, Corporate Support). Each recruitment project will consist of a Sourcer (that’s you!).
Are you fully capable of sourcing from any source no matter if it is LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, or pulling positional data from a hashtag?
We believe you are a string wizard who might even be familiar with OS/INT. The skillset we are looking for is versatile, the core is to pull data from different sources and populate lists of relevant candidates to approach.
Your main focus will be working on requests where your main responsibility is engaging passive candidates in an early stage to active candidates and then handing them over.

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Technical Source or a Talent Source,
Working with qualified sourcing within recruitment where populating long lists based on manager intakes and working with reaching out to candidates and attracting them to transition into active recruitment processes.
Has relevant experience as a technical recruiter using sourcing methodologies to populate recruitment pipelines with relevant candidates (is a must)
Preferably experience in working in an agile environment using KANBAN-planning tools to prioritize your workflow
Experience from information gathering using multiple public and non-public sources using traditional and non-traditional methods including but not limited to:
Hand-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Logic/Sourcing, Google Custom Search Engines, and Data scraping (is preferred)
Used to working with SeekOut or a similar tool (ex: Hiretual/HirEz, SourcingWhale)
Proficient in sourcing candidates from outside of LinkedIn using GitHub, TechCrunch, GSE:s or other databases (is preferred)
Skilled in writing and connecting with candidates using outbound communication
Can communicate freely with individuals in English, primarily in written form.
