Conduct technical activities and create static calculations, thermal stress analysis reports, and Acoustic Data calculations.
Communicate and support cross-functional commercial and sales team members with all the necessary technical inquiries.
Ability to communicate with customers to ensure all relative data is available for generating reports/calculations and understand their needs by asking relevant questions.
To be the contact person and act as a technical consultant to our direct/ indirect customers.
Tracking and creating CRM engagement through "Salesforce".
Involved in all ways of communication to provide the most accurate and suitable technical support services.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction by providing ongoing technical services.
Facilitate coordination with the regional sales teams in order to expand business volume.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required.
Proficiency in written & spoken English.
Intermediate to Advanced level of Spanish or German or Russian or Polish.
Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage.
0-3 years of previous experience with a related technical background in "Construction, Architecture, Facade, Glass, or Aluminum"
Must be proactive, customer focused and results oriented.
