تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • ERP/Applications module administration 
  • Administration of user’s creation, privilege, and support.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to new staff.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
  • Serving as a coordinator between stakeholders and users.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
  • Provide the required technical and application support to users.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end-users.
  • Manage all aspects of project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to the executive team
  • Oversee SAP project to provide metrics for reporting to the executive team.

 

متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Able to provide support in a 24x7 production environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Knowledge of Odoo administration is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management
