- Ensures that deployments of new applications or upgrades are planned and carried out correctly.
- Facilitates the implementation and support of different softwares to enhance the clients’ business functionality
and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. - Analyzes the current business processes and scenarios of the client.
- Recommends solutions to meet the clients need.
- Responsible primarily for successful implementation of different softwares, providing functional
expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients - Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practice.
- Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting map client business requirements, processes and objectives;
develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. - Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
- Able to create various types of documentation such as SRS, BRS, High level Requirement
document, user manual, and help files. test scenarios, and bug report. - Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending
actions. - Training, conducting scheduled sessions with business users.
- Build and maintain database(s) supporting system solutions.
- Establish quality checks and verification points for database accuracy.
- Evaluate operations environment and recommend system solutions.
- Design and implement systems related training for all staff related to computers, systems, and system-generated management tools.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues.
Identify and evaluate hardware and software in the marketplace to provide appropriate business solutions. - Maintain system backups and emergency procedures for department.
