وظيفة Social Sales Moderator

تفاصيل الوظيفة

 

  •  Achieving the monthly target of sales.
  •  Control Data and update reports on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for online sales channels; website and online sales platforms.
  • Follow-up online ordering full cycle.
  • Establish a regular cadence of communication with clients at all levels.
  • Coordinate the E-commerce marketing campaigns and work with internal and external stakeholders for the campaign setup.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Use data analytics to achieve conversion targets and objectives.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints regarding the website and the online channels.
  • Build strong relationships with current clients and new clients.


 

 

متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Very good Communication skills.
  • Active Person
  • Availability to work Full time
  • Excellent Arabic and English writing skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram.
  • Experience with social media moderating for at least 1 year
  • Ability to work on switched shifts 24/7.
  • Very Good Customer Service Skills
  • Must have a laptop.
  • Innovative and Creative.
  • Good in written Arabic and English.
  • Previous experience in all social media channels.
  • Fast learner
