Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Respond to user inquiries, questions, and requests across various platforms.
Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing, and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
Stay up to date with trends in moderation technology, social platform policy changes, and tools that can enhance moderation efficiency and effectiveness.
Generate regular reports on moderation activities.
Maintain detailed records of moderation activities within the appropriate databases and tools. All actions taken must be properly documented and supported.
Provide feedback to social media and marketing teams on improving the user experience and strategies for policy compliance and online community management.
Posting interesting articles or blog posts that are relevant to the company’s products or services and creating creative captions matching the season as well as the brand persona.
Scheduling posts on social media sites to increase exposure to target audiences.

Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
