وظيفة Site Engineer

شركة : INTERPAC

مقر الشركة : 10th of Ramadan City, Cairo


تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Manage resources and expenses to achieve contract completion within budget and time frame.
  • Supervise the site progress works.
  • Study the construction specification and drawings, identify any design problems, or conflicts, and resolve the same.
  • Quantity surveying, preparing owner invoices, and cost estimates for the variation orders.
  • Maintain records and reports
  • Negotiate problems between the contractor and upper management
  • Evaluate the contractor's performance
  • Managing the contractor quality control duties
  • Enforcing health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with the project management team
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering.
  • 8-12 years of experience in finishing, steel erection, and restoration work.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
  • Problem-solving.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Highly organized.
