- Welcomes, serves, and informs customers and potential customers (architects engineers, fabricators, individuals) in the showroom (sampling/briefing on aluminum systems). In general gives consulting services in functional and technical level.
- Communicates and recommends partners (fabricators) to the customers/visitors of Showroom.
- Registers the floor traffic to the CRM (Showroom Visit Tracking section) by receiving the necessary written consents according to the GDPR and maintains a file for the follow up of customers.
- Assigns the leads resulting from visits to the relevant Sales Consultant or Engineering Consultant.
- Manages the needs that arise for the correct operation of the showroom: replenishment of brochures, informs the responsible for technical matters in relation to the operation of the exhibits, the maintenance, functionality and cleanliness of the space.
- Proposes improvements in relation to the functionality of the showroom area and more generally all actions that aim to improve the customer experience.
- Manages customer complaints on the telephone.
8.Supports the organization of events /meetings/seminars for the clients, held in the showroom (e.g., telephone information/confirmation, reception, catering, etc.)
