Job Summary:
- The Settlement department’s role is to analyze, reconcile, report, and invoice all transactional data and settlement, and financed to ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operation of settlement operations and related accounting processes in support of core organizational functions.
Job Description:
- Ensure daily validation of settlement reports.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of financial reports.
- Handle and follow up with all the agents any settlement problem.
- Prepare the settlement for sales team and handle all related tasks.
- Prepare the related reports to be share with stakeholders and verify these reports.
- Operate the processes related to the daily settlement.
- Handle the channels settlement and reconciliation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Settlement Accounting:
- Develop an understanding of all financial and settlement business processes. Understand the flow of information for the accounting entries through the system into the financial statements.
- Validate bank accounts
- Maintain cash postings in the system and any other applicable systems.
- Monitoring of all processes impacting revenues, cost of sales, receivables and payables accounts. Ensure appropriate processes and reviews are in place for accurate and timely recording.
Finance & Audit Support:
- Audit Support – Provide settlement data as requested from various systems for internal and external auditors.
- Financial Reporting, which may include Member, Partner, Management, or other required financial reporting documents.
