Handle diagnosis and preliminary diagnosis on vehicles using corresponding diagnosis tools and aids.
Document diagnosis methods and processes.
Contact the customer for additional information on the malfunction.
Provide the service technicians with an accurate description of the reasons for returning the vehicle to them and assist/guide them to solve the problem.
Contact technical support department in case of complex technical problems

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must, preferably Automotive or Mechanical.
0– 3 years of experience
Heliopolis, New Cairo, Sherouk/Obour City residents are preferred.
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Mature, reliable, and self-motivated.
Very good command of spoken and written English language.
Good computer skills.
Excellent analytical thinking.
Excellent negotiation skills.
