Study and comprehend the technical aspects and advantages of the company’s product line to be able to satisfy customers’ technical requirements.
Establish relations with the consultants, specifiers, and client authorities and assist the specification process to include the company’s production system.
Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education helping in the design of custom-made products, solving client problems initiating corrective actions where necessary, and offering after-sales support services
Keep yourself updated on any market information, competitors, projects, and any other subject that could affect the company's interest
To undertake any additional responsibilities or duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.
Ensure compliance with the company’s quality management and environmental health and safety management systems
Communicate with customers, and third-party project representatives, to meet assigned project requirements of Cement quality and delivery schedule while ensuring regional sales needs or requirements.
Work directly with the customer on location in order to perform pre-sale activities including site surveys, customer meetings, and other engineering activities.
Works to meet and/or exceed external customer expectations in a timely manner by understanding their needs and communicating
Senior technical resources may serve as technical advisors for the team
Carry out all types of communications with internal departments and external stakeholders (contractors, consultants).
