1- Responsible for hunting opportunities, accounts management for the
Building Automation business unit.
2- Ensure that the solutions offered for a given opportunity will lead the
successful project implementation, compliance to standards and achieves
highest customer satisfaction.
3- Animate the business from early stage of bid preparation, customer
negotiation until handover to project manager.
4- Conduct effective communication from middle to senior level internal
management.
5- Forecast and ensure a clear visibility for the coming months of pipeline
of opportunities.
6- Manage bid clarifications to ensure closing of clarification points on
time.
7- Responsible for new Business Development via prospecting, qualifying,
selling building solutions based on products for Building Automation
applications.
8- Enforce sales targets with strategy and initiatives with channels,
distributors, and partners.
9- Conduct sales review and target reporting.
10- Strategize and set clear action items for sales target achievement.
• At least 5 years of experience in Building Automation segment.
• Solid knowledge of building automation systems & applications.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent customer handling and relationship skills as well as conflict
resolution skills.
• Strong ability in developing relationships and communicating with
senior business executives and business stakeholders
• Proven skills in the areas of business development, sales
engagement, and relationship management.
• Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time
management skills.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and
spoken communication skills.
• Strong communicator – both written and verbal in technical and non-
technical environment.
