Develop the manpower plan in coordination with top management and ensure it meets the yearly plan for the organization.
Manages the organization different recruitment channels and accounts
Handle the recruitment process, starting from publicizing the required vacancy until filling the Job position.
Ensures the on boarding and offboarding process is implemented with new team members efficiently with the HR generalist and Admin assistant
Ensure hiring reports and all other relevant sheets and documents are up to date
Handles exit interviews with resigning team members and ensure updating all relevant reports and documents
Organization Development
Develop and updates HR polices ,processes , procedures and organization structure in support with HR Consultants and ensures they are followed across the organization and that they enable maximum efficiency and meet overall company and departmental needs
Develop and updates the job descriptions for all Helm job roles, ensuring that these are constantly kept up to date, and job descriptions for new job roles drafted
Handle the company performance appraisal process and supports the management in driving customer-focused target setting for all employees down to Senior Staff level
Manage HR internal events and team retreats for staff with key internal parties
Creates and implements spirit raising ideas to maintain employee satisfaction and retention.
Manage the annual employee satisfaction survey data gathering and analysis , create a recommendations report to support management in creating Helm’s annual plan
Human Development
Develop the internal Human Development plan in coordination with Helm Training Consultants.
Ensure the smooth execution of internal development programs with key internal parties
Employee Relations
Ensure a smooth flow of monthly payroll process and reporting system with internal stakeholders and ensure salaries sheets are constantly kept up to date
Ensure team contracts, Insurance and leaves process cycle and ensure it’s done professionally with internal stakeholders.
Team Supervision
Assist in developing the team members KPIs
Assist in developing the department's budget and cost allocation
Handle the on the job Training process for the department new team members
Assign and Delegate tasks, duties and responsibilities for the team
Coach , monitor and evaluate the team

5 – 7 years of experience in relevant position
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
