وظيفة Senior Design Architect

تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Prepare design brief for the projects.
  • Manage the preparation of concept design starting from scratch.
  • Provide Engineering /Architectural Solutions to achieve project development goals & objectives.
  • Manage and provide technical value to the appointed Engineering Consultants for project design phase.
  • Coordinate with the commercial team regarding the marketing material and commercial requirements.
  • Making his sketches and mood boards virtual real using 3D programs.
  • Confirming the solutions designed in the working Stage.
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • To have experience in interior and exterior design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • Ability to create new concept ideas.
  • Experience with Real Estate developer in the same position for at least 5 years.
  • Experience in Architectural Design, design coordination, and management of design phases from the concept till completion of tendering documents.
  • Very good Portfolio.
  • Highly creative, excellent freehand sketch.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Professional user of programs: AutoCAD/ /Revit /3D Max/ V ray.
  • Knowledgeable with local codes & practices.
