Collection:
- Liaise with clients on monthly claims and any related financial offers
- Ensure the achievement of the monthly collection target by coordinating and following - up with the distribution team to collect out standing checks or cash
- Review customers' indebtedness (unpaid bills - unpaid claims - rejected checks) with the collection team and the head of the credit department
- Refer the risky customers to legal department for some corrective and preventive actions.
Credit Limit:
- Participate in the evaluation of new clients by reviewing the necessary documents
- Participate in decision making regards customers' credit limits
- Review customers' limits and raise flags if any exceed the agreed limits
- Evaluate and adopt appropriate payment methods and periods for clients based on their historical data
Daily Duties:
- Review treasury balances and report any discrepancies
- Review cash balances /checks with payment receipts for daily collections
- Review and evaluate sales offers and make appropriate decision
- Receive rejected checks from the bank for customers to follow up on collection and communicating such cases with Legal Affairs
- Update customer records, whether (Increasing the credit limit - paying checks or others) in timely manners
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce- Accounting Field
- 3-5 years of experience in the Distribution field, E-Commerce field, or the same organization’s size
- Good Command of English Language
- High problem-solving skills
- Excellent Organizing and planning skills
- Excellent command of MS Office use
