Study in-depth project documents (contract, scope of work, drawings, specs, bill of quantities, etc.).
Prepare daily progress report, and other reports that will required by construction manager.
Understand, apply and follow contractual conditions of sub-contractors and vendors.
Ensure that the sub-contractors apply construction quality standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Coordinate and direct site staff to execute project activates.
Guide and monitor site staff, and prepare periodic performance reports for all site staff members.
Prepare, follow all project submittals (Inspection Requests, Material Approval Requests, Drawing Submittal, Request for Info, Quantity Surveying Submittal, …), and solve any technical issues or comments from main contractor or client.
