Preparing financial analysis and reports.
Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports
Assisting with annual audit preparations.
Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
Preparing special tax returns.
Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, and procedures.
Monitor daily cash balances and determine cash requirements needed to cover losses and payments
Execute payments to suppliers according to payment terms in addition to supplier reconciliation
Performing other accounting duties and supporting staff as required or assigned.
Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks

متطلبات الوظيفة

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong financial analysis skills
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
Ability to work without supervision
Great attention to detail and confidentiality
