We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team all around Egypt. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge software ERP solutions designed specifically for schools and hospitals in Egypt. Your primary goal will be to increase our market share, drive revenue growth, and establish long-term partnerships with educational institutions and healthcare facilities across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and eager to make a significant impact on the digital transformation of these sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the education and healthcare sectors in Egypt.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as school administrators, principals, hospital administrators, and department heads.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our software ERP solutions to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding of customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives within defined timelines.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the education and healthcare sectors, as well as advancements in software ERP solutions.
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an advantage).
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the software industry or relevant sector.
  • Strong understanding of the education and healthcare sectors in Egypt, including key players and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively present and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with software ERP solutions, their features, and benefits.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.
