**Job Description: Full-Time Remote Sales Representative**
**Summary:**
We are looking for a full-time remote Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will execute sales and marketing strategies to increase sales volume and achieve the company's financial goals. They will have the opportunity to work from any location of their choice under an employment contract, with a 10% commission on the value of contracts successfully secured.

- Execute sales strategies and achieve monthly and annual sales targets to increase sales volume.
- Develop and maintain a customer database and regularly follow up with clients.
- Conduct effective sales conversations and deliver persuasive presentations to clients.
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitors to identify opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Negotiate contract terms and prepare contracts with care.
- Provide after-sales service and customer support to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing business relationships.
