Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and promote our premium water faucets to residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer-oriented approach, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and cultivate new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our water faucets and fixtures, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate this knowledge to customers to showcase the value of our products.
Customer Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Anticipate and proactively respond to customer concerns.
Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations and sales presentations both in-person and virtually. Tailor the presentation to the customer's specific requirements and preferences.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to gather customer feedback and insights, contributing to product improvement and development strategies.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM software.
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the plumbing, home improvement, or construction industry.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of water faucets and plumbing fixtures is an advantage, but not mandatory. Willingness to learn about our products is essential.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product features and benefits to customers.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and close deals while maintaining positive relationships.
Customer-Centric: Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
Self-Motivated: Driven and ambitious with a proven ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication tools.
Bachelor's Degree: Preferred, but not required.
