Answer customers’ requests over the phone and schedule their consignments accordingly on SAP.
Work with accounts receivables to follow up on customers’ deposits and create relevant sales contracts accordingly.
Ensure sales orders are scheduled on SAP and carried out as planned.
Coordinate between sales, logistics, and packing to ensure customer consignment deliveries in a timely manner.
Ensure all client-related issues are handled (such as; complaints, specific requests, tax requests … etc.) and communicate received issues with concerned responsible professionals. Follow-up situation updates till resolution. Register handled issues & make necessary reporting to top management to avoid issues repeating.
Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions.
