تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Set a strategic sale plan depends on the organization's goals.  
  • Define an internal target closing plan and techniques.
  • Define all department needs according to the manpower and provide the recruitment team with the required number and when to hire.
  • identify the departments training needs and its ongoing plan and time to deliver. 
  • plan for the new joining on-boarding plan and their training programs.
  • conduct and follow up on daily / weekly system training and orientations.
  • supervise on the data distributions for each team.
  • conduct and participating on the hiring process.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • provide and cooperate with the marketing team to reach the maximum quality Leeds by providing them with details and feedback.   
  • Conduct webinars.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
  • Conduct training for the closing techniques.
  • Develop a new ways and closing techniques to help reach and overachieve targets.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • lead a team of team leaders and sales advisors. 
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
