Today we are recruiting for Sales Executive position to join sales teams serving our showrooms in Cairo. This is a great opportunity for people with passion to Automotive business and sales alike.
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure courteous, professional support to all types of customers, either showroom visitors, call center inquirers or any other source
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle by working cross-functionally with internal department while ensuring best customer experience
- Maintain long-term customer relationship to help increase number of re-purchases
Market Knowledge
- Continuously stay abreast of market updates, insurance programs, competition and products specifications
- Keep relevant updated information about financing options and the requirements with authenticated financing institutions
Up-selling
- Promote and sell services like insurance policies and auto loans
- Offer new accessories and products to customers
This position does not require previous sales experience, however in order to succeed, you will need to prove you passion and dedication towards the job.
