وظيفة Sales Coordinator

شركة : Izam, inc.

تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Handle day to day office administration and co-ordination
  • Prepare, file, and retrieve sales related documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure coordinating sales team requirements from other departments.
  • Design and renew sales proposals. 
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for account management team.
  • Conduct research on prospective clients.
  • Use Daftra’s CRM (hubspot) to utilize & record documents, notes and sales activities as per the sales cycle. 
  • Assigning inbound emails of an existing account to the sales account owner.
  • Issuing Bills.
  • Typing, preparing, and collating reports.
متطلبات الوظيفة

● BA/BA in Marketing, Business or a related field
● 1+ years of sales experience
● Excellent computer skills
● Good organizational skills
● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
● A good team player with a high level of dedication
● Flexibility
