Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Identify the customer requirements by applying the company's selling procedures, offering different products and services and discussing different promotions to meet customer needs.
- Shares the responsibility of stock accuracy and products safety, while reporting on issues and variances to contribute to more efficient stock control and maintenance.
- Cooperates with team members to achieve overall store goals and enhance the customer experience to build long-term customer relations.
- Be aware of store targets and actively works to meet or exceed these by using all the resources available inside and outside of the store.
- Identifies improvement opportunities and communicates suggestions to store management to drive commercial success.
- Become a role model for customer service and boosts sales and brand experience by using advanced sales techniques and appropriate elements of the ECH customer service model.
- Complies with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
- Ensures the product offer in the store is made available to customers by assisting with deliveries and replenishing the sales floor.
- Completes sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures.
- Ascertain that prices and other details are clearly visible on each item
- Handle the invoicing process over the system to adhere to the company's selling standards and to contribute to more efficient sales tracking and recording.
