وظيفة Sales Advisor

تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Ensuring the level of quality in responding to customers’ inquiries.
  • understand well the full services knowledge during the initial training and after.
  • Understanding customers’ backgrounds & needs and well define the customer requirements.
  • Conducting meetings with customers indoors and outdoors 
  • Offering our services to clients and advising the best-fit service/package for them.
  • Closing sales and achieving the monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with the customers till registration and delivery of service.
  • Updating sales data and presenting sales reports to the sales manager.
  • Opening new clients and upselling services for him/herself sales.
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure outstanding service to clients.
  • Providing trends in the market, the potentials, and opportunities. 
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • BSc degree Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales 
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas / targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints.
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
