• Plan Cleaning & Sanitizing Program.
• Monitor Personal Hygiene of staff.
• Implement and monitor Food Safety Procedures to prevent any incident of Food poisoning.
• Establish, implement and maintain Emergency Plan to deal with potential emergencies.
• Achieve our objectives that related to food safety policy for our company.
• Ensure that all the process is complying with Quality and Food Safety standards.
• Create and implement regular Audit plan on our suppliers to ensure that all supplier is complying with ISO 22000/ISO 9001 standards.
• Ensures full Implementation and maintenance of all quality systems, mechanisms and processes within the organization related facilities.
• Create/apply HACCP plan for all Kitchens and Restaurants.
