تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
  • ● Devise and review specifications for products or processes
  • ● Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
  • ● Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
  • ● Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
  • ● Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
  • ● Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
  • ● Approve the right products or reject defectives
  • ● Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
  • ● Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
  • ● Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
  • ● Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
  • Studying customer specifications before operation and supervising the application of those specifications during operation.
  • He supervises the implementation of farms within the station’s scope of the requirements required by the regulatory specifications and customer specifications. And applying the specifications of GLOBAL GAP - TESCO - ETI.
  • He supervises and ensures that the production lines and production hall meet the health affairs requirements and the appropriate GMP work environment.
  • Ensures and controls the sizes of fruits from the sizing unit to be compatible with the limits of the specifications regulating this, and periodically monitors the weights of the products and daily production to ensure the standard weight (through an assistant).
  • He supervises the examination of all raw materials received at the station and coordinates with the concerned departments regarding the raw materials inspection committee that is formed at the beginning of each export season.
  • Ensures that shipping operations are completed according to the specifications required by customers and ensures (cleanliness of containers - safety of containers - safety of the final product before loading - matching the loading and packing statement note with the loading schedule received from the marketing department according to each customer’s specifications and according to the required sizes and quality of the carton and...
  • Do not make any changes without prior approval from the client’s official and confirmation of this from the marketing manager.
  • The quality of all products is ensured during the storage period in the production facility or during shipment.
  • Receives and reviews customer technical requirements and any customer complaints, comments, or reports, responds to them with appropriate corrective measures, and communicates this to the company’s various departments according to the nature of the complaint or comment.
  • Planning and implementing internal reviews of quality, food health and safety to ensure the effectiveness of the quality system, health and safety of products, as well as the HACCP system.
  • Ensures the full implementation of the ISO 9001 system and food safety hygiene through internal audits (planned and surprise) and informing the station manager of any non-conformity discovered.
متطلبات الوظيفة

● Proven experience as quality manager in agriculture field
● Conscientious and responsible
● A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
● Outstanding communication skills
● Excellent organizational and leadership skills
● Proficient in MS Office
● In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
● Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
● Preferably BSc in College of Science or Agriculture
● Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.) 
it is preferable to have previously worked in an Fruits and vegetables export station
