وظيفة Quality Control Inspector

شركة : FAMSUN Egypt Industry S.A.E

مقر الشركة : Ain Sokhna, Suez


تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Inspecting output samples using inspection tools 
  • Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements
  • Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database
  • Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance
  • Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.
  • Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards
  • Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager
  • Summarize quality problems monthly and coordinate with each department for quality improvement.
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • 1 - 3 years of steel structure inspection work
  • Familiar with steel structure production process.
  • Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role
  • Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems
  • Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9001 etc.)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
