Standardize documentation process including, policies, quality manual, procedures, work instructions and standard processes.
Prepare and follow the implementation of internal quality audit plans.
Supervise document center/controller to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 documentation adherence.
Ensure issuing and updating of documentation according to standard requirements.
Coordinate implementation and integration of QA projects like ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRCGS.
Preparation of quality plans.
Conduct QA training, orientation for employees.
Conduct HACCP study and identify CCP`s, QCP`s, OPRP`s.
Prepare SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures).
Planning & Training of the team members on 5S, GMP, GWP, Hygiene Practices, Food safety and QA specifications.
Participate and lead the audit from (NFSA, ISO, IMC …etc.).
Maintain and to demonstrate and be able to provide a good level of knowledge and interpretation of quality related policies, standards, requirements in daily work life.
Lead and implement assigned actions related to quality assurance requirements.
Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
