Analyzes resolve, and documents quality-related queries and problems via interpretation of procedures and escalates them where necessary in order to meet quality standards.
Performs in-process checks or documentation, following established procedures and/or standard practices, to perform basic analyses
Ensuring that a quality management system is implemented and maintained
Ensuring that relevant customer complaints are dealt with effectively
Ensure that warehouse operations are compliant with GDP/ GMP standards and instructions
Comply with OH&S policy, standards, OH&S objectives, and training.
Report any incidents (Accidents or near misses).
Comply with environmental management’s standards, objectives and training.
Report immediately any environmental incidents.
