The Quality Assurance Specialist will monitor the company-wide quality assurance program across all medical digitization operations to assess employee demeanor, technical accuracy, performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures.
The QA specialist will audit medical prescriptions digitization for accuracy and provide feedback to reduce errors.
The QA specialist has a key role in developing, creating, and implementing quality enhancement processes and procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree in pharmacy.
Health Insurance claims experience including medical prescriptions data entry and/or claims auditing is preferable.
Knowledge of standard medical coding guidelines such as ICD, CPT, HCPCS is a plus.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required.
Strong attention to detail, exceptional presentation and analytical skills.
