Create inspection &test plan (ITP) & review method statement according to project spec.
• Ensures that proper and effective coordination is developed with subcontractors and consultants in relation to Inspection and Quality Control Procedures.
• Doing quality control checks for site works on daily basis.
• Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Programmer and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
• Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
• Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
• Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.
Bachelor Degree of Architecture/Mech/Elec Engineering.
• Minimum years of experience 10 years as Quality Control.
• Previous experience in a consultant firm.
• Previous experience in luxurious / high quality finishing.
• Willing to join within two weeks.
