تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • The purchase order and its approval by the official in accordance with the specifications, rules and regulations.
  • Liaising with shipping agents to implement external purchase orders and follow up on import operations until the time of delivery.
  • Create a database of approved suppliers.
  • Coordination, holding and contracting.
  • Preparing reports on the daily movement of items, sales and sales through the ERP system
  • Permanently update and display reports of data, prices, raw materials, products ... etc.
  • Planning and managing inventory of merchandise and supplies.
  • Analyze new product launches, and report on activity/vitality.
  • Attending shows, attending fashion shows on the latest fashion lines.
  • Visit the airlines manufacturers to get new information on the latest fashion lines.
  • Read warehouse receipt.
  • Evaluate the success of a product's fashion lines.
  • Identifying weaknesses in the company's products and providing suggestions for improvement and development.
  • Participate in and identify the products that are used in the selection of the processing idea.
  • Periodically visit the branches to monitor the stock and supply and ensure that all the group's lines of success are presented to them.
  • Implementation of other tasks in the field of competence.
     
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Women fashion back ground.
  • 3-5 or years of relevant experience prefer retail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the company and suppliers.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work and thrive in fast-paced environment
