Assisting in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
Conducting training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders on the features, functionalities, and effective utilization of our BMS products.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in BMS technology, enabling effective communication of our product benefits and competitive advantages.

1-2 years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering role, preferably in the BMS industry.
In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated technologies, including HVAC, lighting control, and energy management.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with relevant BMS software, protocols, and industry standards.
