Design of plumbing and firefighting works (water supply, sanitary and storm drains, LPG, NG, medical gases, and firefighting systems).
Prepare Basis of Design Report for the project.
Prepare project requirement space matrix.
Prepare the design works for the project according to project submission stages (concept stage, schematic stage, Detailed design stage and tender document stage.)
Prepare plumbing and firefighting calculations according to the project’s regulation and standards.
Ensure effective coordination with other disciplines such as Architectural, Electrical and Structural Engineering.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English language (speaking, reading and writing).
Demonstrating proficiency in Autodesk Revit, CAD and Microsoft office applications.
Has an experience in Elite software.
Design experience is a must, construction experience is a plus.
Previous experience working on projects in the Gulf region and high-rise construction projects is a plus.
Familiar with local authority requirements and regulations.
