Prepare production plans and operational manuals for all plastic production machinery as well as any supporting or secondary equipment (such as air compressors and plastic crushers) and submit them for approval & follow up those plans results
Develop and design molded & engineered plastic parts, & assemblies.
Monitor and analyze the scrap ratios and any deviation in the expected production rates.
Follow up delivery sequence plan with delivery team
Review Inventory status & assuring the issuance of Purchase Orders promptly
Daily assembly achievements rate
Follow up quality instructions to keep assembly process working without any Non-conformance.
Monitor and analysis daily defect quantity from each department
Research and develop new manufacturing processes.
Preparing production & machinery reports that contain operating and stopping rates, optimum performance rates for machines and analyzing operating conditions.
Make sure that health and safety standards, industrial safety and occupational safety instructions are being strictly followed.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical Engineering preferred )
Good user of MS Office Package
Good in English.
Management, leadership & interpersonal skills
Knowledge about plastic materials and quality standards
Experience working in the manufacturing field. .
Experience using different types of injection templates.
Has to experience in controlling operating conditions.
Has administrative and behavioral capabilities in the field of industrial management.
