- Assist in keeping employees' hiring documents completed.
- Maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, leaves, transfers, promotions and termination.
- Dealing with government agencies, labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance.
- Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employee's commitment to the policies.
- Manage penalty system and maintain records up to date
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar from a reputable university
- 0 - 3 years of experience
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using a variety of computer software applications, especially MS Office
