*Follow up the HR database and regularly update the personal information.
* Follow up and maintain social & medical insurance actions.
* Review the monthly payroll calculation and ensure that all employee transactions have been accurately reflected in the calculation.
* Reviewing the employees' Monthly Attendance, Deducting the absenteeism, Late, early leave and penalties from their salaries.
* Preparing the resignation with calculating the final settlement to be approved by the HR Manager.
* Represent the Group for all labor and social insurance issues
* Responding to employees’ inquiries, requests and handling employees complaints
* Prepare the payroll and compensation plans.
* Prepare Monthly HRO reports as needed.
* Responsible for audit all administrative of HRO that related to company employees like missions, excuses, penalties, vacations schedule & the social insurance.
*Setting up the personnel system and , follow-up official governmental procedures such as social insurance forms, health insurance, work contracts
