Respond to customer emails and queries via phone or email and send quotations to them
Follow up on product quotes in the market through different channels and competitors Check
Participate in and follow up on tenders in "all their details", and coordinate with the production and quality management to ensure the required quality and production capabilities are adopted.
Perform and follow up on the execution of supply orders with the production and plant planning department
Follow up on customer indebtedness and follow up on collection Process
