وظيفة Operations Supervisor - Hurghada

تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Supervision of the operations team.
  •  Handle the day-to-day operations in the mall ensuring operations are kept up to the highest quality standards (cleanliness, AC level, lighting, assets & equipment) and security control for the mall premises incl. parking, service areas, toilets and common areas. 
  • Coordinate with the marketing department for events processing and inform all competent departments for supervision and follow-up.
  •  Coordinate with customers as well as tenants for resolving complaints and other issues regarding mall.
  • Ensure proper facilities are maintained inside the mall.
  • Check regular inside and outside the mall and report back to the technical teams in case of faults or non-maintenance.
  • Coordinate with accounting department and occupants to solve issues regarding payments and out-standings.
  • Prepare and distribute Circulars to the Unit Holders .
  • Supervision of the mall & stores operating hours.
  • Supervision of operations inside the mall. 
  • Writing reports & evaluation of operations inside mall. 
  • Looking over housekeeping inside & outside mall. 
  • As per directives from the Management, enforce rules and regulations are followed by the Tenants with particular focus on issues.
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • A degree in any management or business related field.
  • Prefer Hurghada residential .
  • Experience of not less than 3 years in Malls Operations.
  • Previous experience in malls is a must.
  • Must possess good communication skills on all fronts and must be someone that gets along pretty well with other people, i.e., musty have good interpersonal skills.
  • He/she must also portray good leadership abilities.
  • Must be able to work and deliver within limited time range or frame.
  • Should be able to work as part of a team on a regular basis
  • He/she must have good analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities.
  • He/she must have a good understanding of how an administrative setting operates and also know what is required at any given time.
  • Certification in basic computer appreciation programs is also of great importance.
